Sacred Heart Academy is seeking a committed and nurturing frontline educator who makes a real difference in students' learning journeys. This position supports the work of the Accessible Education Coordinator. This role will directly interact with students with diverse learning needs, offering specialized support and innovative English, History, Theology, & BCT interventions. Sacred Heart Academy, an all-girls Catholic High School, is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, offering both the Middle Years Programme (MYP) and the Diploma Programme (DP). SHA provides a global education for every student in every classroom. The IB framework for teaching and learning is research-based, relevant and real-world.

Certification in one of the following areas preferred: Special Education, Literacy/Reading Specialist, Secondary School English, or Secondary School History Education. Proven experience in educational settings, particularly in RTI and working with students with learning differences. Expertise in teaching literacy (reading and writing) and coaching teachers in differentiation and co-teaching methods. Fully versed on IB policies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
